MEDIA24'S FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MARK PAULSMEIER

‘YES, WE HAVE SWINDLED THE DROUGHT STRICKEN FARMERS OF SOUTH AFRICA OUT OF $120 MILLION’ ADMITS TLU SA BROKER.

By: MS Investment Partners

September 13th, 2017

Tim Scott, a New York based broker, has revealed startling evidence in an affidavit in which he admitted being part of a conspiracy to steal the money donated to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa by members of the GABM organization.

Scott’s affidavit has been submitted as evidence in chief in numerous criminal cases in 19 countries that has been opened against those involved in this fraud scheme. Scott has agreed to testify against the organizations and executives of TLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA in return for immunity against prosecution.

Scott alleges he was approached to broker a deal in which TLU SA could sell250 GABM donated Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to private investors outside of South Africa.

It is alleged in the affidavit that Scott and certain executives from the organizationsTLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA have conspired together to steal the money for personal benefit and gain.

Scott has indicated in the affidavit that he does not know who the ‘mastermind’ behind the fraud scheme might be. (Media24 alleges a certain Mr. Chris Hanekom is the mastermind of the scam. His name appears as signatory and beneficiary of all 3 below accounts used to launder the proceeds of the fraud scheme.)

It is also alleged in the affidavit that certain staff members from the organizations TLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA have been deliberately misled and tricked to work on the conspiracy while being completely ignorant about the intention to steal the GABM donation.

Scott has alleged in the affidavit he was promised 20 percent of the proceeds of the sale.

Scott alleges in the affidavit he has sold the 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds through a connection at the VEB bank in Moscow to very influential Russian investors for an amount of $50 million as appose to the real market value which should be in the range of $120 million.

It is alleged in the affidavit that the transaction was concluded in August 2016, and the $50 million was transferred to 4 numbered bank accounts.

It is alleged in the affidavit that$20 million was transferred to an account linked toTLU SA. The client number is JAPL 503 GHWER Y10087 ZS.

It is alleged in the affidavit that $10 million was transferred to an account linked to Media 24. The client number isPLOKM 432187563B ZQBED.

It is alleged in the affidavit that $10 million was transferred to an account linked toAGRI SA. The client number is 3 QT JFJM27 SOVT513R DCX.

It is alleged in the affidavit that $10 million was transferred to an account linked to Scott. His client number is RTI 67 BC29S 0AJWQZUTR7.

Scott claims his responsibility in the conspiracy was restricted to the selling of the 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds.

Scott claims the responsibilities of his partners were to discredit the GABM SA Drought Relief Project and associated third parties in the press and among the SA farmer establishment to such an extent that it would generally be believed the project is nothing more than an elaborate scam intended to take advantage of the SA farmers; as appose to the actual purpose of providing real financial aid to SA farmers affected by the drought in South Africa. [IBDF International LLC dba the G500 Private Investment Group has during June 2018 distributed ZAR 1.5 Billion between 5172 South African farmers during Callister International corporate security division’s effort to recover the stolen money. About $20 Million has been recovered to date.]

Scott alleges in the affidavit TLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA must have been aware of the conspiracy as they have not made any effort to stop their executives from conducting the fake news campaign against the GABM SA Drought Relief Project and associated third parties in their name.

Scott similarly alleges in the affidavit TLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA must have been aware of the conspiracy as they have not made any effort to stop their executives from using their organizational infrastructure to conduct the fake news campaign against the GABM SA Drought Relief Project and associated third parties.

Scott similarly alleges in the affidavit TLU SA and Media 24 and AGRI SA must have supported the conspiracy directly or indirectly, as they have not made any effort to recant the fake news campaign against the GABM SA Drought Relief Project and associated third partieswhen made aware of the real facts relating to the said matter; or to settle the matter when given the opportunity to do so.

Scott claims in the affidavit he and his partners have genuinely believed the intricate fake news campaign strategy would succeed and they would get away with the perfect crime, and it almost did if it was not for the tenacity of the project’s initiator, Mark Paulsmeier, who refused to let the matter rest after being falsely defamed and discredited in the public domain.

A criminal case has since be opened at the South African police. The case docket number is CAS 110/3/208. The accused parties are Agri SA, Christo van der Rheede, Omri van Zyl, Media24, Waldimar Pelser, Gerrit van Rooyen, Leanne George, TLU SA, Bennie van Zyl, Chris Hanekom.

2 civil cases have been filed to date. 1 against Chris Hanekom under docket 342/2018 in the Lenyenye court. The case will be heard on May 19th, 2020. A ZAR 226 Million case against Agri SA and Christo van der Rheede has been filed in the Pretoria High Court under docket 70725/2019.

Here are the evidence of the money laundering accounts in the name of Agri SA, Media24, and TLU SA:

MEDIA24'S FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MARK PAULSMEIER

May 30, 2017 (Updated in June 2018)

CASE STUDY #1: TLU SA DRAWS ON JOURNALISTIC FRAUDSTER, LEANNE GEORGE AND CORRUPT MEDIA24 TO INTENTIONALLY AVOID DISTRIBUTING R1.5 BILLION GABM SA DROUGHT RELIEF PROJECT DONATION TO SOUTH AFRICAN FARMERS.

The below ‘Fake News’ article by Rapport (Media24) and Leanne George has 3 very specific objectives:

1.    To discredit the R1.5 Billion ($120 million) GABM SA Drought Relief Project donation to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa.

It is however impossible to discredit the project anymore as the GABM organization has distributed the R1. 5 Billion among 5172 South African farmers during June 2018.

The initial funds (233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds) were handed to TLU SA in June 2016 to fund the GABM SA Drought Relief Project in South Africa, but it appears these funds have been misappropriated and serious criminal charges have been filed against TLU SA and others in South Africa and many international jurisdictions, which will be followed by substantial civil lawsuits.

               https://mp36bls.blogspot.com

               https://fraudprogressreport.blogspot.com

2.    To discredit the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bond financial instruments (investmentsngglobaldollar.blogspot.com).

It is however impossible to discredit these financial instruments as it has a 35 year success history of trading on the global market, besides from the fact that these financial instruments were actually used to successfully fund the R1.5 Billion GABM SA Drought Relief Project, which Rapport and Leanne George have alleged would not happen.

3.       To support the broader Media24 ‘Character Assassination Plot’ against Mark Paulsmeier and the ‘Fake News Campaign’ against the Paulsmeier Inc Group.

By: Anthony Reynolds - May 30th, 2017

INTRODUCTION

The below article and my factual corrections have been hand delivered to Media24 at 251 Oak Avenue, Randburg, 2194, Gauteng, South Africa marked for the attention of Marga Ley on Tuesday February 28th, 2017.

I have officially informed Marga Ley that the applicable article does not comply with the standards required by the SA Press Code and the false and misleading information contained therein will adversely affect my business, CamRey Associates, as well as damage the credibility and sound reputation of the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds.

I have respectfully requested Marga Ley to instruct Leanne George to either retract the article from the public domain, or to make the necessary changes and corrections to ensure the article is factually correct and not misleading, accurate, balanced, fair and just, not bias or written with malice, within context and true.

Leanne George, Rapport, and in particular its ombudsman Marga Ley, has totally ignored my request and continued to publish the malicious and false article in the public domain, including on the internet.

I am aware that the objective of the article was to add to Media24’s long standing false media campaign against Mark Paulsmeier over his strict corporate media policy. But, ultimately the parties that are mostly affected by this particular false and misleading article in the Rapport is CamRey Associates, the credibility of the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bond financial instruments and the drought stricken farmers of South Africa who desperately need the more than a billion SA Rand donated by GABM members.

The below article contains the original article written by Leanne George and published by Rapport (Media24), which should be read in conjunction with:  http://cmed24exposed.blogspot.co.za/2017/05/corrupt-south-african-media24-news.html
‘Pierewaaier sien nou rooi’, Deur Leanne George, 29 January 2017 article in the Rapport newspaper.

CamRey Associates Response:

I have noticed that Mark Paulsmeier has been referred to as a ‘playboy’. This is exactly what I was earlier referring to when I said that you have no idea who Mark Paulsmeier really is. Nothing could be further from the truth.

CamRey Associates Response:

This particular paragraph is factually incorrect, misleading, malicious, unfair and bias.

Mark Paulsmeier has done exactly what he said he would do. 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds have been donated to TLU SA to provide emergency funding to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa.

CamRey Associates has offered to exchange these 233 financial instruments to the SA Rand currency, but TLU SA is not willing or prepared to do the said exchange through CamRey Associates. I have even offered to make the exchange pro bono (entirely free of commission or fees).

TLU SA should have handed the initial $120 million to the South African farmers long ago, but it did not happen and both Mark Paulsmeier and the 233 GABM donors suspect a case of fraud and corruption at TLU-SA.

A second round of funding has been arranged, to substantiate the GABM organization’s credibility and integrity, and an amount of ZAR1.5 billion has been distributed between 5172 SA farmers during June 2018 while the matter regarding the misappropriation of the first round of funding to TLU SA and others are dealt with in the criminal courts of South Africa.

CamRey Associates Response:

The latter part of this particular paragraph is utter nonsense as well as factually incorrect, misleading and totally irresponsible.

TLU-SA has acknowledged receipt of the 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds, which are now (2018) worth about $650 000 each.

I, Anthony Reynolds CEO of CamRey Associates, can state with absolute authority that the 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds are extremely valuable financial instruments, as the trading in these financial instruments are the core business of CamRey Associates. It is malicious, unfair, unjust and just simply wrong from Rapport to publish otherwise without any supporting evidence.

CamRey Associates has offered to convert these 233 financial instruments to the SA Rand currency on behalf of TLU SA on several occasions, but TLU SA has to date not accepted the offer.

CamRey Associates is in a position to convert the 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to the SA Rand currency at any given time, provided TLU SA is legally in a position to sell.

CamRey Associates Response:

Correct. The 233 GABM donors have stated they suspect fraud and corruption at TLU SA and still do.

To my knowledge Mark Paulsmeier has filed criminal charges in South Africa and several of the GABM donors have also filed criminal charges in many countries against TLU SA executives and others.

CamRey Associates Response:

Correct. Substantial lawsuits against Media24 and Agri SA are indeed in process following that malicious, defamatory and false allegation or suggestion.

It is absurd to suggest that the $120 million GABM South African Drought Relief Project initiative could be a pyramid scheme.

I would like to hear from Agri SA and Rapport how a donation to the farmers of South Africa suddenly becomes a pyramid scheme, in particular since the $120 million GABM SA Drought Relief Project has been concluded and the funds have been transferred to 5172 SA farmers.

I sincerely hope both Agri SA and Rapport have the necessary evidence to support their malicious and defamatory statements. I wonder if Rapport would mind to share such critical evidence in its publications for all to see, or is it just another case, and proof, of deliberate fake news to discredit Mark Paulsmeier and the $120 million South African Drought Relief Project.

CamRey Associates Response:

TLU SA, Agri SA, Media24 and the South African Government and international media have been officially invited on 2 occasions to meet with the GABM Board of Executives as well as the IBDF International LLC dba the Paulsmeier Inc Group at the global head offices of the group to discuss the GABM SA Drought Relief Project or any other aspect regarding the Paulsmeier Inc Group, but these invitations have not been accepted.

Why have you not accepted the opportunity to meet the ‘faceless’ Dennis Arnold as well as all the other Board members of GABM? Leanne let me tell you, you are such a fraud, and no wonder you are no longer a journalist.

Mark Paulsmeier has indeed handed 17 additional Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to TLU SA, which belongs to IBDF International LLC.

TLU SA refuses to return these 17 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to IBDF International LLC without cause or reason, which represents financial fraud and theft.

CamRey Associates was supposed to convert these 17 additional Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to the SA Rand currency together with the other 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds.

The proceeds from the 17 additional Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds were earmarked for an IBDF International LLC philanthropic initiative in South Africa, and not for Mark Paulsmeier or GABM. Wrong facts again Leanne George and Rapport!

CamRey Associates Response:

TLU SA has a legal right to file a defamation lawsuit at any time, against anyone and we invite them to do so. In fact, they can voice their concerns when they appear before the criminal courts in SA over the theft of the initial R1.5 Billion that was earmarked for the drought stricken farmers of SA.

The remaining part of the paragraph is however factually incorrect and misleading.

Again, I would like to place on record that the 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds are extremely valuable financial instruments.

CamRey Associates trade in these Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds on a regular basis. The current value of an Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bond is $650 000.

CamRey Associates has offered to convert these 233 financial instruments to the SA Rand currency, but TLU-SA did not make use of the offer.

The question is why not? Another question is why would TLU SA look for other buyers for the 233 financial instruments while CamRey Associates, as the only official international exchange, is willing and in a position to exchange it for the SA Rand currency? The TLU SA statement that they are not able to sell or convert these 233 financial instruments is obviously a deliberate and blatant lie.

I am sure TLU SA has 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds in their vault, but it is certainly not the original financial instruments handed to them during June 2016. I can say this with certainty as TLU SA or someone at TLU SA having access to the original 250 financial instruments have stole it and replace it with fake reproduced copies.

CamRey Associates Response:

Correct. The 233 GABM donors have instructed CamRey Associates, as the administrator of the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds, to issue a ‘blacklist’ listing against the applicable 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds, which effectively prevents the trading in these 233 financial instruments by anyone until such time the ‘blacklist’ listing notification is withdrawn.

It is during this time that we became aware that the 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds have already been sold by TLU SA or someone at TLU SA to Russian investors.

CamRey Associates Response:

That is correct. TLU SA was supposed to bring 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to an auction, which CamRey Associates has specifically arranged for TLU SA to convert the 250 financial instruments to the SA Rand currency.

Rapport: Louis Meintjes, TLU SA se president, was verlede jaar egter stom van verbasing toe Rapport hom inlig dat dié veiling luidens ’n Facebookplasing van GABM reeds plaasgevind het.

CamRey Associates Response:

Very strange comment from Mr. Meintjes, but it needs to be said my communications were with Bennie van Zyl and not Mr. Meintjes. CamRey Associates is nevertheless in a position and still willing to exchange the 233 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to the SA Rand currency at any given time if requested to do so, provided TLU SA has the legal authority to sell.

CamRey Associates Response:

Absolute nonsense! Maybe somebody else made such a statement but most certainly not GABM.

I could not find the postings on GABM’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages as you are referring to. In fact I am not aware that GABM has a LinkedIn page. Do you mind to provide me with proof of your allegations? Wrong facts again Leanne George and Rapport! The false media campaign by Rapport (Media24) against Mark Paulsmeier and the Paulsmeier Inc Group and its divisions just become more apparent day by day.

As CEO of CamRey Associates, I can however independently attest that much more than a thousand Investment SNG Global Dollar bearer Bonds have been sold to South African investors.

The South African Government and the South African Reserve Bank and the Financial Services Board of South Africa are equally aware of the active trading in thousands of Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds in the South African market, and they have no legal or regulatory objections against South Africans trading in these sought after financial instruments.

Rapport: Maar Rapport kon nie dié maatskappy opspoor nie.

CamRey Associates Response:

This statement suggests Mark Paulsmeier has said that GABM has had business relations or dealings with a company by that name in the past. Wrong facts again Leanne George and Rapport! GABM has never had any business relation or dealings with a company by that name. I have listened to your telephone conversation with Mark and that was not said or suggested at all. You should know better by now Leanne. All Mark’s telephone conversations are recorded by his family’s security team at the corporate security division of Callister International.

CamRey Associates Response:

Wrong facts again Leanne George and Rapport! Maybe you should listen to your telephone conversation with Mark again.

CamRey Associates Response:

Criminal and civil lawsuits are indeed in process as you are aware, which will shock the entire South African agriculture and business establishments when they learn the true extent of Agri SA, TLU SA, SA Government and Media24’s lies and betrayal in respect of the $120 million South African Drought Relief Project.

Be patient Leanne George and Rapport, we will start with the criminal cases. The civil lawsuits against Naspers/Media24/Agri SA/ TLU SA/Koos Bekker/Leanne George/Gerrit van Rooyen/ Bennie van Zyl/Louis Meintjes/Omri van Zyl/Christo van der Rheede include:

CamRey Associates - $100 million

GABM donor members - $350 million

IBDF International LLC dba the Paulsmeier Inc Group - $2 billion

Mark Paulsmeier - $12 million
